An order that has been confirmed in the
webshop and has entered our packing and shipping flow in the warehouse, can only
be stopped if the order has not been shipped out yet.
However, our support agents and warehouse staff
will always do all they can to help to stop your order if at all possible. It is
not in either your or our interests to ship out an order that is not wanted.
It is of course only possible to try to stop an order
if it has not been collected by the courier company
yet.
